You know as I get older and my body changes, in adjustment to my ebb and flow of health. I have finally fingered out why my body slips more easily into constipation. I am more sensitive to travel and changes in diet.
You would think in my field, constipation wouldn’t happen to me. I did too! I do know what to do so it does not compound into a health issue.
What I have found is that my signal to go to the toilet is weaker now. So I have had to learn to react to a new set of more subtle signals. Then in some cases now signal at all. I just make a habit of going and sitting on the toilet and behold I will go!!
So heed my personal experience as a clue to your own bowel issues. Make a habit of planning time to go poo.
