Wow, a safe place to talk about Poo!!!

I've created this blog to allow a free and safe place for "poo talk".  You have to embrace poo talk!  We all poo and it is something we all have in common. Some can't do it and some do it to much and some just have it easy. Why is that .......???

Mostly I would like to be open and available to answer your questions and give right from the hip answers on "How to Poo".  Some poo easly and some don't, if you don't there is a reason.  Yes it's true a reason.
Let's explore and answer you issues.

I have clients come and see me every day a little cross eyed and crazed with wanting to make sense of their digestive system.  So ask away!!

I love poo talk ....

  1. Dear Madame Pooh! You could say I am one of those who "have it easy" .... but I do not come by it naturally. I have a lovely green drink every morning with real live greens like kale, spinach, chard, parsley, sprouts, celery with half a banana and half an apple. Leave this drink out of my diet for 48 hours and the pooh train gets slow, sluggish and stubborn.

  2. Mary, you have a great daily habit that is a great help to support your digestive track. It not only helps you with the most important body function that supports the maintenance of health. The addition of greens to your daily diet is one of the missing vegetables we in North America don't eat often enough.
I commend you for your daily practice of Green Smoothies … http://www.rawfamily.com/ check out this website and watch the youTube clip for a how to on the green smoothie or sometimes called green soup.
Thanks Mary you are very inspiring

  3. I LOVE POO TOO! I'm so glad I'm not the only one.
Great blog so interesting! I only feel good when I have a huge satisfying poo in the morning otherwise my whole day is thrown off I actually begin to break out if I don't poo regularly. which can be quite common for me my "poo train" is very connected to my emotional and physical well being. I try fiber ,eating lots of greens drinking lots of water and still much of the time I am poopooed by my poo, I am going to try that green drink and squatting but can you describe to me how to squat over a toilet? I will let you know how it works.

  4. Wow, another poo talker. I love it! I have to agree not pooing will through my whole day off too. I find that even with a really good diet, with greens and lots of water. I alas am a emotional pooer as well. Meditation and yoga can be a great help for us emotional pooers. Emotions and pooing comes up alot in my practice. So I've taken to teaching my clients some emotional energy work to help control there emotional reactions to life's little issues. Hope you are following this blogg. I'll have more to say in the future about us emotional types.

Regarding the squating ... What I do at home is have a high stool and put my feet on it while on the toilet or if you are a flexable type you can put you heels on the front of the toilet seat. That work good for me.
    Look forward to your feedback.
